Returns
At Linea, we want you to love every piece you receive.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning your item.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect our products, but if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Quality Assurance
At Linea, we carefully select every piece in our collection with a focus on style, durability, and everyday wear.
If you experience a manufacturing fault or receive an item that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will be happy to assist.
Examples may include:
- Faulty clasps or closures upon arrival
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
- Damage that occurred during transit
Issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products, or general ageing of materials are not covered.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Earrings that have been worn
- Items showing signs of wear after delivery
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
